The Cone That Started it All
It all started on a scorching August day in Arizona. With temperatures soaring to 120°, we stopped at a small ice cream shop and ordered a prickly pear soft serve dipped in a tangy lime shell. One bite was all it took. The wheels started turning, and before long, the idea for our ice cream trike was born.
We set out to create something just as memorable—handcrafted ice cream tacos, sandwiches, and other frozen treats that bring a smile with every bite.
We believe great ice cream starts with quality ingredients, is made with care, and is served with good vibes. That's why every one of our ice cream novelties is made in small batches, resulting in rich, creamy flavors and handcrafted treats you won't find just anywhere.
Meet Kim & Justin DeFries!
This fun-loving duo shares a passion for adventure, great food, and creating memorable experiences. During one of their many travels, inspiration struck, and the idea for a mobile ice cream trike was born.
Kim has always loved baking and crafting delicious sweet treats, while Justin has discovered a passion for cooking and all things savory. Together, they combine their creativity, love of food, and entrepreneurial spirit to create handcrafted frozen treats that bring people together.
As longtime Bellingham residents and proud empty nesters, Kim and Justin are excited to begin this new chapter, serving their community one sweet treat at a time. Whether they're catering a special event or popping up around town, they look forward to sharing a little joy—and a lot of ice cream—with every guest they meet.

We bring handcrafted frozen treats directly to you with our mobile ice cream catering service. Whether you're planning a corporate event, wedding, birthday party, graduation celebration, school function, festival, or anything in between, we're ready to make your event a little sweeter.
Our menu is inspired by classic favorites, creative flavor combinations, and plenty of "What if we tried this?" moments. From our signature ice cream tacos and sandwiches there's something for everyone to enjoy.
